Bailes 11th in Kyle Larson Late Model Challenge at Bulls Gap
Ross Bailes was one of the 44 Late Models at Volunteer Speedway (Bulls Gap, Tenn.) on Thursday afternoon for the second running of the Kyle Larson Late Model Challenge.
With the 12th-fastest lap in his qualifying group, Bailes gained two spots in his heat race to grab the final A-Main transfer spot. For the $20,000-to-win feature, Ross rolled off from the 15th-position and brought the Billy Hicks Racing No. 79 machine to an 11th-place finish.
