Second-place finish with Xtreme DIRTcar Series at I-75

Ross Bailes traveled to I-75 Raceway (Sweetwater, Tenn.) on Saturday afternoon for the Drydene Xtreme DIRTcar Series-sanctioned program. In a field of 25 cars, Ross’ second-place finish in his heat race promoted him into the redraw. Starting in third, Bailes stole the lead on the opening lap and paced the field for the next 36 circuits. Unable to fend off Cory Hedgecock amid lapped-traffic, Ross notched a runner-up finish in the 40-lapper. Carson Ferguson, Ben Watkins, and Eli Beets completed the Top-5 finishers.
