1On Saturday evening, Ross Bailes returned to action in the Volunteer State at I-75 Raceway (Sweetwater, Tenn.) Valvoline Iron-Man Southern Series-sanctioned Fall Nationals. With a third-place finish in his heat race lining him up 11th on the starting grid for the $12,000-to-win A-Main, Ross advanced forward six spots in the 50-lapper to register a fifth-place finish. October 20, 2021 - Sixth-place finish in FloRacing stop at Bulls Gap
1Ross Bailes made the mid-week trip to Volunteer Speedway (Bulls Gap, Tenn.) on Wednesday afternoon to compete in the seventh-round of the Castrol FloRacing Night in America mini-series. Following the fourth-fastest qualifying effort, Bailes outran Jonathan Davenport in his heat race to pick up the eight-lap victory. Starting on the pole for the $10,000-to-win A-Main, Ross paced the field for the 26 circuits but was unable to hold off a charging Jonathan Davenport on the 27th circuit. October 9, 2021 - Ross Bailes rallies to finish fourth at Richmond Raceway
1On Friday afternoon, Ross Bailes invaded Richmond Raceway (Richmond, Ky.) to pilot the Billy Hicks-owned No. 79 Late Model for the two-day Butterball Wooldridge Memorial. With 28 Ultimate Heart of America Series entries on hand, Ross clocked in fifth fastest overall before picking up a heat race win.

Earning the pole position for Saturday’s $20,059-to-win A-Main, Bailes got turned around on the opening lap but charged from the tail of the field in the remaining distance of the 59-lapper to register a fourth-place finish. He followed Zack Dohm, Scott James, and Josh Rice across the line with Justin Rattliff coming in fifth.

October 2, 2021 - Bailes notches eighth-place finish with World of Outlaws at Cherokee Speedway
1Defending his home turf against the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series, Ross Bailes was one of 29 Late Models on hand at Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, S.C.) on Friday afternoon for the Mike Duvall Memorial. Following the third fastest lap in his time trial group, Bailes posted a second-place finish in his heat race. Receiving the eighth-starting position for the $10,000-to-win A-Main via the redraw, Ross carried a steady pace throughout the 40-lapper to finish eighth.

He also powered the No. 79B Crate Late Model entry to a sixth-place finish in the 50-lap feature on Saturday.
