March 26, 2021 - 11th place finish in Rock Gault Memorial at Cherokee
1Friday night saw Big Frog Motorsports and Ross Bailes return with the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series on Friday night at Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, S.C.) for the two-day Rock Gault Memorial. With the 43-car field split into two separate groups for a pair of preliminary features, Bailes came in fourth in his heat, which positioned him eighth on the starting grid for the A-Main. March 20, 2021 - Mechanical issues arise in Modoc 100 at Modoc
1On Friday night Ross Bailes hopped behind the wheel of the Billy Hicks-owned No. 79 Crate Late Model for the two-day Modoc 100 at Modoc Raceway (Modoc, S.C.). Drawing 45 Crate Racin’ USA Winter Series entries, Bailes timed in ninth fastest in his group but was a scratch from his heat race. He was one of six cars that elected to sit out their B-Main on Saturday.

March 13, 2021 - Pair of Top-5 finishes at Cochran Motor Speedway
1Ross Bailes traveled to Cochran Motor Speedway (Cochran, Ga.) on Friday afternoon for the rescheduled Gobber 100 from November 28th. With his third-starting position for the $20,000-to-win A-Main already locked in, Ross experienced brake issues throughout the 75-lapper but held on to finish third, trailing Brandon Overton and Michael Page across the line with Kyle Bronson and Parker Martin completing the Top-5 finishers.

1The following night, Bailes secured his spot into main event with the fifth fastest lap in his time trial group. With $5,000 on the line, Ross advanced forward six spots in the 40-lap affair to place fourth, following Brandon Overton, Scott Bloomquist, and Will Herrington to the checkers with Kyle Bronson coming in fifth. March 7, 2021 - Bailes records 13th place finish in March Madness at Cherokee
1The Big Frog Motorsports team and Ross Bailes returned with the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series on Saturday afternoon at Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tenn.) for the ninth annual Tennessee Tipoff. In a stout field of 51 cars, Bailes posted a fifth place finish in his heat, transferring him into the B-Main for another shot at the A-Main. Locking in the Top 2, Ross notched a runner-up finish behind Dale McDowell, which positioned him 22nd on the starting grid for the feature. 1The following night at Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, S.C.) for the Southern All Star Series-sanctioned Ginger Owens March Madness, Ross came in fifth in his heat before picking up a 10-lap consolation victory. Starting the $10,000-to-win A-Main in 17th, Bailes clawed forward four spots to register a 13th-place outing.
