April 23, 2021 - Bailes tops Carolina Clash foes at Lavonia Speedway
1 Friday night saw Ross Bailes return behind the wheel of the Billy Hicks-owned No. 79 Longhorn Chassis Late Model entry at Lavonia Speedway (Lavonia, Ga.) for the Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series-sanctioned program. Drawing 28 cars, Bailes locked into the third-starting position for the A-Main vis his qualifying effort. Tracking down polesitter Michael Brown on lap 30, Ross led the remaining 10 circuits to capture his second win of the season and fourth career Carolina Clash triumph. April 17, 2021 - Ross Bailes finishes fourth in Jack Starrette Memorial
1On Saturday afternoon, Ross Bailes visited Modoc Raceway (Modoc, S.C.) for the Ultimate Southeast Series-sanctioned 11th annual Jack Starrette Memorial. With time trials setting the grid for the $5,022-to-win A-Main, Ross recorded the second fastest time in his group behind Dustin Mitchell. April 10, 2021 - Bailes scores Top-5 finish in Bristol Bash finale
1Behind the wheel of the Bill Hicks-owned No. 79 Late Model, Ross Bailes was one of 29 World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series entries invited to Bristol Motor Speedway (Bristol, Tenn.) on Friday afternoon for the two-day Bristol Bash. After coming two spots shy of a transfer position in his heat with a sixth-place finish, Bailes edged his way into the opening night feature with a fifth-place finish in his B-Main. With $10,000 on the line, Ross clawed forward six spots in the 40-lap affair to place 15th.

1After Saturday evening’s program was postponed to Sunday afternoon, Ross timed in fifth fastest in his qualifying group before picking up an eight-lap heat race victory. Receiving the fourth-starting position for the $20,000-to-win A-Main via the redraw, Bailes slipped outside the top-five early but rebounded late in the 40-lapper to register a third-place finish, trailing Devin Moran and Ricky Weiss across the line.
