September 23rd, 2017 - Top 10 Finish in BWRC House Car at Magnolia
1On Friday night Ross Bailes was back behind the wheel of the Barry Wright house car for the Magnolia State Cotton Pickin’ 100 at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi). Drawing 42 Super Late Models for the two-day unsanctioned weekend, Bailes logged a 6th place finish in his heat sending him into the B-Main on Saturday night. Transferring the Top 4 into the $20,000-to-win main event, Ross landed a 3rd place finish positioning him 22nd on the starting grid for the feature. September 16th, 2017 - Bailes Pockets $20,000 Payday With FASTRAK World Championship Win
1Piloting the Barry Wright Race Car #40 Crate Late Model, Ross Bailes visited Virginia Motor Speedway (Jamaica, Virginia) on Saturday evening for the FASTRAK Racing Series World Championship. With a stout field of 71 cars on hand, Bailes followed up the fastest time overall in qualifying with a heat race victory. Earning the pole position for the main event, Ross led from flag-to-flag registering his seventh win of the season and pocketing a $20,000 paycheck. September 4th, 2017 - Ross Bailes Victorious in BWRC ICON at Cherokee
1 After Saturday night’s Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series opener rained out at Lancaster Speedway (Lancaster, South Carolina), Ross headed to Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, South Carolina) on Sunday competing in the Barry Wright Race Cars #40 Super Late Model. Laying down the second fastest time in a field of 19 Carolina Clash entries, Bailes earned the 2nd-starting position for the Hall of Fame Race. Wrestling away the lead on lap 11, Ross Bailes held off the field in the remaining 29 circuits capturing his sixth win of the season and a $5,000 payday. 1On Monday night competing in the Crate Late Model ranks, Bailes visited 311 Motor Speedway (Pine Hall, North Carolina) for the FASTRAK Racing Series sanctioned program. Earning the 5th-starting position for the $2,000-to-win feature via preliminary events, Bailes gained two spots to place 3rd behind Matt Long and Justin Hudspeth with Tyler Bare and Ron Parker rounding out the Top 5.
