May 29th, 2016 - Bailes Goes Back-to-Back at Princeton and Volunteer Speedways
1Piloting Billy Hicks owned #79 Crate Late Model, Ross Bailes visited Princeton Speedway (Princeton, West Virginia) on Friday night for the Fastrak Racing Series sanctioned Triple Crown event. After posting the fastest time in a field of thirty-three cars, Bailes earned the pole position starting spot for the feature following heat race victory. Leading all 40-laps of the A-Main, Ross Bailes soared to his fourth win of the season with Ron Parker, Walker Arthur, Shane Greco, and Jimmy Mac trailing him to the checkers. 1Following the Fastrak Racing Series on Saturday for the second night of the Triple Crown, twenty-nine entries signed in at Volunteer Speedway (Bulls Gap, Tennessee) for the $2,000-to-win A-Main. Earning a 6th place starting position for the feature via preliminary events, Bailes worked his way into the lead on lap 15. Holding off the field for the remaining distance, Ross Bailes soared to his second straight victory and fifth overall on the season with Dennis Franklin, Walker Arthur, Justin Williiams, and Matt Henderson rounding out the top five. Closing out the three-day weekend with the Fastrak Racing Series, Ross Bailes stopped at Wythe Raceway (Rural Retreat, Virginia) on Sunday for the final night of the Triple Crown. After scoring a heat race win in a field of thirty-three entries, Bailes earned the pole position starting spot for the feature. Making some contact with the wall late in the race, Ross dropped back to a 4th place outing behind Brandon Umberger, David Smith, and Matt Henderson with Benji Hicks coming in 5th.

May 21st 2016 - Ross Bailes Visits Hartwell Speedway
1Running with the Fast Unified Engine Late Model (FUEL) Series, Ross Bailes made the trip to Hartwell Speedway (Hartwell, Georgia) on Saturday night for the Wendell Rousey Memorial. In a field of seventeen Crate Late Models, Bailes recorded a 13th place finish in the $3,000-to-win feature.

May 14th, 2016 - Bailes Posts Two Top Ten Finishes
1Friday night brought Ross Bailes to Travelers Rest Speedway (Travelers Rest, South Carolina) for the Ultimate Super Late Model Series sanctioned Whitey Whitesides Memorial. Posting the ninth fastest time out of fifteen cars in qualifying, Bailes earned a 5th row starting spot for the feature. Battling for a $4,000 payday, Ross gained three spots scoring a 6th place finish.

The following night Ross headed to Modoc Raceway (Modoc, South Carolina) for the Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series event. In field of seventeen cars, Bailes landed a podium finish in the feature. With $4,000 on the line, Ross Bailes notched a 3rd place finish in the 50-lap affair finishing behind Brett Hamm and Johnny Pursley with Casey Roberts and Brent Dixon rounding out the top five.

May 7th, 2016 - Ross Bailes Lands Top Ten Finish at Cherokee Speedway
1Traveling with the Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series, Ross Bailes visited Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, South Carolina) on Saturday night for the $4,000-to-win A-Main. In a field of eighteen cars, Bailes notched a 6th place finish in the 40-lap main event.
