April 29th, 2016 - Bailes Visits Carolina Speedway For WoO Show
1On Saturday night Ross Bailes headed to Carolina Speedway (Gastonia, North Carolina) for the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series event. Drawing thirty-five cars, Ross fell back to a 7th place finish in his heat transferring him into the B-Main. Sending the top three into the $10,000-to-win A-Main, Bailes fell back to a 8th place finish bringing an early end to his night.

April 16th, 2016 - Top Five Finish for Bailes at Modoc Raceway
1Competing with the Ultimate Super Late Model Dirt Series, Ross Bailes headed to Modoc Raceway (Modoc, South Carolina) on Saturday night for the Jack Starrette Memorial. With twenty-three cars signed in, Bailes secured a 10th place starting spot for the feature via preliminary results. With $6,022 on the line in the feature, Ross improved six spots scoring a 4th place finish behind Chris Ferguson, Casey Roberts, and Brandon Overton with Hunter Peacock coming in 5th.

April 9th, 2016 - Ross Bailes Wins FUEL Series Opener at Cherokee Speedway
1Returning to action, Ross Bailes visited Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, South Carolina) on Saturday night for the Fast Unified Engine Late Model Series (FUEL) season-opener. Drawing thirty-four entries, Bailes laid down the 6th fastest time in qualifying. Following a 3rd place finish in his dash, Ross transferred into the main event with a 6th place starting spot. Working his way to the front, Bailes captured his third victory of the season with Donald Bradsher, Steve Banal, Jeff Smith, and Jonathan Edwards trailing him across the finish line. April 2nd, 2016 - Bailes Pilots Billy Hicks #79 Crate Late Model
1Behind the wheel of the #79 Billy Hick’s owned Crate Late Model, Ross Bailes headed to Friendship Motor Speedway (Elkin, North Carolina) on Saturday for the $3,000-to-win South Eastern Crate Association (SECA) sanctioned event. Posting the 3rd fastest time in qualifying, Bailes earned a 4th place starting spot for the feature after logging a 4th place finish in his dash. Working his way into a podium spot, Bailes notched a 2nd place finish behind Benji Hicks with Tony Hicks, Matt Long, and Cole Apple rounding out the top five.
