May 31st, 2014 - Ross Bailes Enters a Pair of Crate Events in the North Carolina
On Friday night Ross went into battle in the #75 Mastersbilt Crate Late Model at Carolina Speedway (Gastonia, North Carolina) in a SECA Weekly Racing Series event. He started his night by setting quick time overall during qualifications to earn the pole position for his heat race. After racing to the win in his heat race Bailes locked into the pole for the main event. Saturday evening found the action shifting to Friendship Motor Speedway (Elkin, North Carolina) for another SECA Weekly Racing Series program. Ross went up against a field of twenty-two Crate Late Model competitors in the finale, and raced his way to victory over Timbo Mangum, Chase McCormick, Ryan Atkins, and Chris Cheek. May 25th, 2014 - Busy Memorial Day Weekend for Bailes Results in Three Wins!
On Friday evening Ross Bailes piloted the #75 John/Wesley Page owned Mastersbilt Crate Late Model at Rolling Thunder Raceway (Ararat, Virginia). Ross qualified on the pole and led flag-to-flag to record his sixth win of the 2014 campaign over Landon Mitchell, Jay Foley, Benji Hicks, and Mark Crowe. On Saturday evening Ross traveled to Friendship Motor Speedway (Elkin, North Carolina) for a pair of twin SECA Crate Late Model events. The first event saw Bailes qualifying for the fourth starting spot in the finale. He went on to finish a close second behind race winner, Justin Hudspeth. Round #2 saw Ross timing in second during qualifications, and later raced his way to victory over Justin Hudspeth, Chris CHeek, Keith Holder, and Benji Hicks. The weekend drew to a close on Monday evening as the team visited Harris Motor Speedway (Harris, North Carolina). Ross posted the quickest lap overall during qualifications to lock into the main event. During the course of the feature Ross trailed in second for much of the race before taking the lead with just two laps remaining. May 17th, 2014 - Bailes Back in Victory Lane at Lancaster Speedway!
Saturday night found Ross Bailes back at Lancaster Speedway (Lancaster, South Carolina) for a SECA Crate Late Model event. Bailes qualified second overall among the eleven entries on hand in his #75 Page Racing MasterSbilt entry, positioning him starting on the outside pole for the feature with Steve Banal alongside. May 10th, 2014 - Ross Bailes Finishes Fourth in Weekly Series at Lancaster
Ross entered a single event over the weekend, piloting his #75 Page Racing MasterSbilt Crate Late Model in a SECA Weekly Racing Series event at Lancaster Speedway (Lancaster, South Carolina) on Saturday night.

Bailes qualified fourth among the twelve entries on hand for the event at the 1/2 mile oval, locking him into the fourth starting spot for the finale. In the feature Ross battled amongst the top five throughout the course of the race before crossing the finish line in fourth behind race winner, Ron Parker, Gib Gibbons, and Steve Banal.

May 3rd, 2014 - Bailes Enters WoO Event at Fayetteville; Finishes Second at Wythe
Ross piloted the Johnny Pursley owned #09 Super Late Model in the $10,000-to-win World of Outlaws (WoO) Late Model Series event at Fayetteville Motor Speedway (Fayetteville, North Carolina) on Friday night.

A talented field of twenty-seven entries registered for competition, and in time trials Bailes qualified seventh fastest overall before going on to finish fourth in his heat race. As a result he would start tenth in the 50 lap finale. When the checkered flag dropped on the main event, Ross had registered a respectable thirteenth place finish. On Saturday night Ross returned to action with the Fast Unified Engine Late Models (FUEL) Racing Series for a $3,000-to-win event at Wythe Raceway (Rurual Retreat, Virginia). Seventeen entries converged on the high-banked oval, and after registering the third fastest time during qualifications Bailes went on to win the first heat race to earn the pole position for the 40 lap feature. Bailes assumed the point at the drop of the green flag with Jonathan Davenport in tow. Bailes remained solid early on before Davenport would slip by on the high side in the late stages of the race. Davenport would go on to claim the win while Bailes settled in second followed by Billy Hicks, Brett Hamm, and Ricky Weeks rounding out the top five finishers.
