March 22nd, 2014 - Ross Bailes Scores a Pair of Top Fives over the Weekend
Ross Bailes had a strong outing over the weekend behind the wheel of the #75 John/Wesley Page owned Mastersbilt Crate Late Model as he entered two events and picked up a pair of top five finishes.

The weekend opened on Friday night at Carolina Speedway (Gastonia, North Carolina), competing in the weekly Limited Late Model division. Bailes drew the sixth starting spot for the second heat and raced to a third place finish, earning him the sixth starting spot for the main event. In the feature, Ross once again drove to a third place finish behind race winner Timbo Mangum and Greg Clark. Full results are available at www.CarolinaSpeedway.com

The weekend drew to a close on Saturday night at Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, South Carolina) with a Crate Late Model event, where Bailes recorded another third place finish behind race winner Adam Yarbough and Ron Parker. Complete results from the event are available at www.CherokeeSpeedwaySC.com


March 15th, 2014 - Bailes Competes in Skyler Trull Memorial at Carolina
After a week away from the track, Ross Bailes returned to action with the 14th Annual Skyler Trull Memorial at Carolina Speedway in Gastonia, North Carolina.

With twenty-nine entries in the pits, Ross posted the fifth quickest lap overall during South Eastern Crate Association (SECA) time trials, which locked him into the fifth starting spot for the $2,000-to-win finale. After battling at the front of the pack during the entire course of the main event, Bailes recorded a third place finish at the checkered flag behind only race winner Josh Langley and Timbo Mangum. Trent Ivey and Steve Banal completed the remainder of the top five.

March 2nd, 2014 - Bailes Visits Victory Lane in First Outing of 2014!
1 Ross Bailes opened his 2014 season in dominating fashion over the weekend as he entered his Crate Late Model in the Annual March Madness at Cherokee Speedway in Gaffney, South Carolina.

In preliminary action on Saturday, Ross posted the fifth quickest time overall among the twenty entries that were on hand, earning him a third starting spot for his heat race. Bailes drove from his second row starting spot in his heat to claim the win, locking him into the pole position for Sunday's main event. In the feature, Ross outdueled a stellar field of competitors for his first win of 2014 in the #75 Page Racing/Mastersbilt Late Model.
